Custom & Personalized Products:
Because all items are made to order, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or there is a manufacturer’s misprint.Limited Edition Items:
Returns are not accepted on limited edition items unless there is a manufacturer’s misprint or defect. However, limited edition items may be exchanged for a different size. To process an exchange, you must return the original merchandise in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the same item in your requested size, subject to availability. If your desired size is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss available options.Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or misprint, contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number, a description, and photos of the issue. If verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Return shipping for defective items may be reimbursed.Non-Personalized, Non-Limited Edition Products:
If you receive a non-personalized, non-limited edition item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.Refunds:
Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected. Eligible cancellations made before production begins receive a full refund. After production, refunds are subject to approval and may be partial.Exchanges:
