• Production Times:
  All items are custom made. Production typically takes up to 7 days for most products, with some items ready to ship in as little as 24–48 hours. Production times do not include weekends or public holidays.

• Shipping & Delivery:
  Orders are shipped worldwide using reliable carriers. Delivery estimates vary by destination:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days within the US, 2–3 weeks internationally.

  • Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
    Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships.

• Multiple Shipments:
  If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages as each item ships as soon as it is ready.

• Shipping Costs:
  Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination.

• International Orders:
  Recipients are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees. Customs clearance may delay delivery beyond initial estimates.

• Address Restrictions:
  Please provide a valid street address, as delivery to PO boxes may not be available.
